We've all gone by that one house in the neighborhood that has had some siding repair or is changing their vinyl shutters. That's the house with the one, new, shiney piece of siding mixed in with all the old, dull, faded siding. Or it's the house that has rich color rectangles where the shutters used to be. The sun never saw that siding so it couldn't fade the siding. Or, maybe it's your house that has several dark strips of original siding color by the lap seams. If you have vinyl siding, you have sun and weather fade. It doesn't matter what town you live in -- Traverse City, Elk Rapids, Acme, Charlevoix. They all have sun, wind, and rain. Take a close look. Some of the lighter siding colors hide it well, but if you look, you'll see the signs of sun damage.

Over the years UV damage can cause vinyl products, especially vinyl siding, to fade and become brittle. Most people think vinyl is forever, but it is much to the contrary. Just ask anyone that has had to go to the expense of replacing their faded siding due to color change or the lawn mower keeps throwing rocks and cracking the siding. I bet they wish they could have saved the expense of replacing their siding. We have the answer!

Allow us to apply a special vinyl sealer which replenishes the oils found in new vinyl siding. This special sealer is applied and allowed to soak into your weather damaged and sun faded vinyl siding. By allowing the sealer to absorb into the vinyl it helps to restore color to near original. Not only will it enrich the color of your siding, but it will also soften your siding making it less brittle and more resistant to cracking from blunt impacts. The  best part is it can all be done for the fraction of the cost of replacing your vinyl siding. In fact it can be done for the fraction of the cost of painting a home.
